Key Responsibilities

• Framework Ownership: Maintain close alignment with Data Owners, Stewards, and Custodians while defining RACI accountability models to drive governance ownership.
• Roadmap & Collaboration: Plan capacity, dependencies, and team ways of working, collaborating closely with data teams to ensure end-to-end governance completeness.
• Business Adoption: Drive governance awareness and train business users to embed governance principles directly into delivery processes.
• Policy Implementation: Prioritize, enforce, and sign off on data governance deliverables covering data cataloging, lineage, privacy, security, and quality controls.

Technical & Professional Skills Required

• Governance Framework Strategy: Proven experience defining enterprise Data Governance frameworks, RACI models, and ownership structures across cross-functional teams.
• Policy & Compliance Management: Deep expertise in prioritizing and enforcing governance policies across cataloging, lineage, data security, privacy, and data quality.
• Roadmap & Delivery Planning: Strong capabilities in roadmap planning, capacity assessment, and setting up collaborative ways of working across data teams.
• Change Management & Enablement: Demonstrated track record of driving business adoption, conducting user training, and embedding governance into active software and data delivery lifecycles.
